I’d like to lose more than a pound a week, but i want to keep it achievable. And with “on average,” if i don’t succeed one week, or i’m all bloaty, or whatever, i can make up for it the following week. And the weather is good enough now that i feel like playing outside, & i might feel like going to the gym sometimes after coming home from work, rather than just hibernating.
