Okay, so starting is a bit scary. I don’t even know where to begin… Hmmmm… Let’s see, I’m doing this because I’m sick of sucking in my stomach. I have fat… I don’t think much, but I hate it… I’m hoping I can rid myself of it. I have been doing a (non-consistant) nightly regime of 30 crunches, but obviously it has not been enough. I will start my new, tougher program of 50 crunches and pushups a night, and also in the morning, and will tell you how it goes tomorrow!
