i havent been doing good on my diet at all.
well i mean i havent been keeping track well>
I did exactly have an unhealthy day but i havent been working out.
I need some motivation tips.

But like what keeps eveyone going?
And im grounded to my room with no
equipment once so ever so
please what does eveyone else do?
I just do sit ups and squats and stuff.
