dude,
i havent been doing good on my diet at all.
well i mean i havent been keeping track well>

I did exactly have an unhealthy day but i havent been working out.

I need some motivation tips.
I know weird thing to give tips on.
But like what keeps eveyone going?

And im grounded to my room with no
equipment once so ever so
please what does eveyone else do?
I just do sit ups and squats and stuff.

PLEASE HELP!!!!!

ahh i spend hours looking at celebs and being jealous of their clothes and bodies. and i find out their weights and heights.. lol im not obsessed.
+ clothes too, think how good you will look in new clothes once youve lost weight!

Motivation..

hmm thats a tough one um well i use a calender and i out stickers on it, and each coloured sticker stands for sumthing different like red for a bad day, orange for when i’ve gained, green for having a good day, gold for having a good day and losing weight etc. that works for me coz i dont like seeing the orange and the red on my calender coz i know wat they mean.

Um take pictures of urself, its a good reminder of why you wanna lose weight look at them weneva you wanna eat sumthing unhealthy, or dont have motivation to exercise.

And buy tighter clothes to make you wanna lose weight so their more comfy.
