lose weight (read all 6 entries…)
day 4 - yesterday, of diet 19 months ago

i got up late yesterday and it threw my schedule off.

breakfast
coco oil
steel oats w/maple syrup
2pc bacon
1/2 grapefruit

lunch
coco oil
pork chop
salad

snack
1/2 grapefruit
banana

dinner
coco oil
5 meatballs
poppyseed cole slaw
thai black rice

this morning i had to get up early, and it was kind of a struggle to eat a big breakfast, but i did it:

coco oil/cod liver pills 20 min before
2 pc bacon
2 eggs
1 pc sour dought whole grain toast
1/2 grapefruit

i’m nervous about sticking to this today because i’m working all day. need to be sure to have the full lunch.

that’s it for now. be interested in seeing if weight goes down on thurs. when i go to gym for nautilus. oh, played tennis last night, and took dog for walk yesterday.
