I woke up feeling a little bit better today, so I am hoping that this stomach flu thingy will pass very soon. Also, for those of you who have been reading my entries, I will be starting my walking/jogging goal tomorrow (May 1st)! I am really excited for it because I have never made a specific goal involving exercise, so it should be fun :D Once I get some extra cash I am going to go buy a new pair of running shoes. I will use my old ones until then, but they are starting to fall apart, so a new pair is definitely needed soon.
Anyway, I did weigh myself this morning (and I did lose weight), but like I said, I am not taking the number too seriously because I have been sick for the last few days.
Start Weight: 240 lbs
Current Weight: 232 lbs
lbs lost: 8 lbs
Goal for the end of May: 225 lbs
I am going to go on a walk at 8:30 pm when I am off work! Have a good day everyone.
