I hope to be able to not have “being in-love and being happy” as one in the same. I’ve always thought I could not be happy unless I was in love. Learning that being happy and content in ones life is not dependent on a man in my life, is so freeing.

Not sure where it started, most likely when we were little and always wanting our father’s attention…then on to our relationships with men.

Hopefully, younger women will learn this and be happier in their life as an independent, confident and happy lady.

Is nice to be where you are happy without anyone. I cannot see it myself. I know it is there. I cannot write any longer when the love of a woman is not there. Is good to know there are others who can though.
