Radical Positivity- for when things don't go right 5 months ago

I am trying to stay as positive as I have been before but because of recent events it is hard so I thought up of this plan to stay positive even when everything and some people make it hard…..

- Every day awake a force one authentic positive thought before getting out of bed (like: “today has promise”)

- treat my body as my positive vessel
No negative (foods that make me feel bad about myself or over eating)
Take care of my skin, nails, hair, and teeth

- plan ahead and organize because everything I do is worth a good effort
Even if I feel lazy and tired tell myself “get it out of the way to feel better”

- take care of your time
Dedicate myself to relationships with healthy and positive people

- when I face something I consider to be negative decide to first find an opportunity for something I would consider to be positive. Ask myself- How is this not negative but good?

- Try to separate myself from people I consider to be negative influences on my life. This is not about writing people off but not allowing them to leave me with negative feelings. I need to stand up for myself and for my positive attitude- not letting others hurt me.
