lose weight (read all 4 entries…)
28lbs to go 19 months ago

Hi every1 I have set myself a goal to lose 28lbs or more within the next 31 days….it is seriously not easy

but I was wondering if anybody has any hints or tips for losing weight quickly?...im fairly strict with my diet and never ever eat after 6pm

But its the actual excersise and motivation part that I find hard has any1 got any ideas?

so you want to loose a pound a day? thats just unhealthy but here are some tips to get fit remember muscle weighs more than fat. if at work and you sit in a swivel chair squeez your abs sit up straing and just move the bottom half of your body this will tone love handels and lower abs dont drink soda or coffee lots of fruit and veggies fish high protien low fat foods try to work out at least 30 minutes a day push your self but dont hurt yourself. eat 6 small meals a day instead of 3 big ones.
lay off sugars. hope this helps.

that was nice of you to give hints and tips to what I can do for excersise in the office….I love veggies but not to keen on fish anymore but I will try to add that to my diet

if your trying to lose weight fast like ur saying.. its not an healthy way to do it.. it might work at the begining but u will just gain all your weight back in time. the best way to do it is diet plan, see how many calories u eat in one day and “excerise”.
