day 5 of week 2 :) i think ill keep counting days for two months. i read somewhere that thats how long it takes to break a habit.
so yup, i had a big breakfast, of a piece of fruit toast with butter and then a bowl of fruit with yoghurt. i usually have a small breakfast just because thats how i am :) but i was hungry.
but yeah. today ill have some veggie soup for lunch, and a stir fry or something for dinner. yummy :)
i have an appointment at the gym to get a new program/fitness assessment thing, so that should be fun/helpful. ill tell them im trying to lose weight and theyll tell me what exercise i can do to help that :)
