Oh well, I suppose 14 months ago

I’m sorry to say that after a month of hard, vigorous work, my results end up poor.

March: 152
April: 146
May: 146

Exactly to the weight. I don’t know what’s up with that. Maybe I just need a new scale. But with all my eating habits, I couldn’t possibly have not lost anything. I run track after school and work my butt off even if I don’t want to, so I don’t understand this.

But hopefully I’ll be down six pounds by the end of this month. Let’s hope.

for me i been in swimming team for 4 month, working hard, eating less but i end up having the same weight…
my friends told me maybe i’m just eating as much energy as i needed.. maybe thats it?

You've probably heard this...

...it’s what everyone tells me when I don’t lose, and I never believe them, but it IS true…

muscle weighs more than fat! Maybe you built more muscle.
