I’m sorry to say that after a month of hard, vigorous work, my results end up poor.
March: 152
April: 146
May: 146
Exactly to the weight. I don’t know what’s up with that. Maybe I just need a new scale. But with all my eating habits, I couldn’t possibly have not lost anything. I run track after school and work my butt off even if I don’t want to, so I don’t understand this.
But hopefully I’ll be down six pounds by the end of this month. Let’s hope.
