  • 30 minute of walk is better than 10 minute of running. You lose more body fat.
  • Don’t do any fasting. The body will try to conserve fat much more. And you will gain back weight once you start eating.
  • Minimize the unhealthy eating (sat fat, cholesterol, etc).
  • Don’t eat too much salt.
  • Drink water
  • Build muscle

but i heard that if u can run or jog for a mile without stopping its a good that u should just jog other than walking?
shouldn’t it be the same?

and i ate after running >.> thanks for the advice <3 helps alot!! ^^

if you run for the same amount of time as walking, youll burn more fat overall, just a higher percentage of the energy is fat from walking :)
if that makes any sense.
