First of all, I am going to HAVE to be somewhat organized to tackle all my other Things To Do! How should I do this? Well, I am going to try the system developed by Fly-Lady. My neighbor swears by it. It sounds like something my mother would do and, since I’m old enough to be a grandmother, that’s saying a lot! (heh, heh, heh to anyone who thinks all “seniors” have their lives organized) When I was working, my life was organized. Now that I’m retired it’s become a bit scattered. This may sound weird, but I want to be organized enough to be spontaneous.
So, this week I am going to develop the “nightly routine” and “morning routine” so I can go on auto-pilot and be prepared for the day. And I will try, but no promises, to set up a daily focus. And there is also something about “zones” in your house that you focus on each week. I need to check and see if other members are using this system.
