well...i guess it was inevitable

i really felt like i was backed into a corner with no other options other than to take medication to treat this. It worked great for a couple weeks but it seemed to have lost its effect. now im at a point where i can either increase the dosage or just stop taking it altogether. I dont want to be dependant on pills and to be honest, i think it’s kind of silly for me to be taking pills to make myself feel better. sooo…in conclusion, antidepressants are like any other drug. They give u a high momentarily but in order to have a new outlook on life you must look within yourself. Good luck to me getting off these drugs. i already feel like im goin thru withdrawal _;;

There is nothing wrong with having to take pills, I have to take them. Problem is that for me, they don’t do anything, and for the first few weeks, they give me a huge low and make me really deppressed. They effect everybody diffrently and some times the medication you are taking, isn’t the right one for you. I have had to change pills before, somtimes it just doesn’t work. But don’t feel bad about having to take them, there is nothing wrong about it, it doesn’t mean that you are crazy or insane in any way, you are a normal person, just have a bit of trouble when it comes to socializing. And its not your fault, you didn’t make your self feel this way. And if you dont’ get help for it, than it will only get worse, this is not a self healing problem. So if you have to take medication to help you, than its okay. Maybe you can ask your doctor about changing to somthing else, you might find a diffrent type helps better.
