lose weight (read all 395 entries…)
Untitled 14 months ago

I weighed in today for the first time in just over a month.
I was pleased!
144-145 lbs!
Somewhere between there, couldn’t tell though. happy though because I hadn’t been exercising as I should have been!

Either way, that means I’ve lose about 4 or 5 pounds in just over a month. Which is well over my half a pound a week target.
My next target is 140 pounds by between the end of may – mid june.

To celebrate?
I’m going to go on a bike ride. I might go on two today. I daresay I’ll need to.
I’m going to my Grans today, and she said she’s either doing cornish pasty or shepards pie (I’m egging on for shepards pie, much healthier, but I know we’ll end up having the pasty)
Caused a massive argument with my mother somehow though. She seemed offended that I didn’t want to eat a cornish pasty when I told her.

It’s not just the pasty though, it the fact my nan gives me twice as much as what I eat at home. Need to do portion control and skip dessert. (I find skipping dessert easy though)

lol that’s where my weight is too! My goal is 140 as well, but my weight is staying where it’s been since last month, and it’s really making me distraught. I care a lot about what I eat. I don’t mindlessly shove food in my mouth, but do you have a method that has helped you so far?

nothing special, been eating 1800 a day and exercising. Also making sure I get enough dairy for calcium and 6-7 bits of fruit/veg a day.
