I went on a camping/backpacking trip through Central America for two weeks in April and most of it was vegetarian. So when I came home I was okay eating less meat and now I don’t really want to eat any meat at all. The difficult part of it is having meat around, like at family gatherings. It’s not that I have an appetite for it, but I psychologically feel like I should eat it. I’ve been veggie before… I’m sure I’ll get there again.

Semi Veggie
My teenage vegetarian sister moved in with me in January, and we now keep a vegetarian household.
Not buying meat has done a lot for my health, my waistline, and my pocketbook.
I enjoy meat & fish once in a while, but only as an occasional indulgence when I’m out!

Thanks!
It’s true, she’s been such a blessing… I couldn’t be happier to have her with me.
I’m really going to miss her when she moves out in June, but I’m thrilled to have implemented so many good habits while she’s been here!
