I am quite amazed by the amount of kilos I already lost … However, I don’t overuse the balance or something, and others would call the progress “slow”, but at least I am always keeping a certain weight for some time before it goes down again. So far, I lost 7 kilos … Actually a little more, but I am not sure how much :(. I used a conerter and it told me that’s about 15 lbs.
I am, however, scared because I don’t do sports that often. Meaning, I don’t exercise often enough. I often take walks in the forest, but that was that. Hopefully we will go swimming next weekend :D … I can hardly wait …
I was wondering whether I would have problems with “spare skin” (I hope that’s the correct translation for having too much skin …) when the diet is finally over. I have seen it on TV so often during the past few weeks, and I always pitied those people who had this problem. My mum said it’s because they lost weight too quickly. And they didn’t do much sports either, which led to the fact the skin was “flabby” (looked this one up. If it sounds mean, I didn’t want it to …).
When looking into mirrors, I usually don’t feel very fat, but when looking at pictures taken of me recently, I feel ashamed. Maybe I haven’t got a good self-perception at all.
