Day 8 Back in the Saddle 14 months ago

B: 2 tbs. raw oats
S: 1/2 cup trail mix
L: brown rice, coleslaw
S: salad with white beans
D: mean green, two tortillas/beans
S: Blackberries

Get OFF the trail mix yes it’s good, but it’s how i gained some weight and it’s not like i havent ben excercising either…just a word of advice darl =]

I'm sure your trail mix is fattening...

but mine is not. What’s in your trail mix? You must look at the total intake of nutrients and calories over the course of the day. I don’t want to lose weight any faster than I am, so why would I cut out something totally healthy?
