yesterday was fine, until my mum bought me chocolate. and i ate it all. argh im so disgusting. then i felt like a croissant, i wasnt even hungry, they were just there and i had one. yuck yuck yuck.
i hate how one bad weekend can make overeating feel normal again. ew.
i was about to have an after dinner snack, but i held myself back. :)

s- apple
l- salad sandwich
s- anzac biscuit, handful of dried apricots
d- veggie soup + some break with cheese.
yeah so the bread and cheese werent very good. but im happy :)
i went to the gym and started a new program.. oh gosh, its so tiring. good good :)
