Despite having not sailed for about 20 years, I can’t get this out of my head, so… In 2010 I am going to set sail from England on a journey around the world. Maybe with sponsorship and maybe a companion(?), I’m going live aboard and visit as many places as possible for as long as it takes. It was one of my Dads dreams too but sadly he passed away prematurely a couple of years ago without doing it so I’m going to do it in his memory.
I am planning on heading out in 2013 and am trying to build up contacts as a freelance journalist so that I can make some money on the way. If you have any tips do pass them along!

Of course I’ll be happy to share any tips. Since posting this I’ve thought of little else and actually started thinking about how I’m going to do it! and what else I might achieve..
