Day Eight 14 months ago

B: 1/2 cup flaxseed cereal, milk
L: coleslaw, rice and beans
S: 1 oz. seeds
D: brown rice, tofu, yam, salad
S: berries

Doing great. Lost another pound, but haven’t been hungry at all. Lost another pound over the weekend even though I wasn’t too strict, for a total of six pounds. I know I can reach my end of the school year goal of getting down to 130. The last five will be the hardest so I expect to be down to 125 by the end of summer. DC will be challenging, but Guatemala and Belize should be easy since the fruit is the tastiest thing down there anyway and the food is not very interesting. Only problem no mean greens, just liquados, that’s going to be a problem.
