To Smoke or Not To Smoke 8 months ago

Ok so I have been doing pretty good on this one. I have smoked but those instances were extreme circumstances…..drunk as hell, nervous as hell, and PMSing like all hell!!! I think that a few cigs outta the month versus a pack every couple days is a HUGE improvement!! It’ll eventually get better….

Comments:

Smoking and drinking go together for some reason, good luck!

I can only say...

...read this: Allen Carr’s Easyway to Stop Smoking.
The link will take you to 20 43ers who are sharing their experience with this book. Believe me. It works. You will never smoke again. I’ve been smoke free for 2 1/2 years now.

Absnasm is wholly fucked off with college work.

Seconding Redbandita.

Allen Carr is the way to go. I’m coming up for two and a half years smoke free and I have not wanted to smoke once. In fact I’ve just worked out that’s it’s 100 weeks tomorrow. Yay!

Smoking Doesn't Go With Anything Anymore

I smoked for 20 years and quit without fear, without going crazy when around other smokers, and without looking back. Read my blog for the details: http://suwonian.blogspot.com/2008/05/i-got-out-of-nicotine-prison-and-im.html

I highly recommend you read Allen Carr’s book, “The Easyway to Quit Smoking.” This book is simple enough to read in one day and by the end of it, you will simply let this annoying and senseless habit fall from your life—no pain, no fear…just the satisfaction of being a non-smoker and regaining control over your life.

Don't Fool Yourself

Smoking occasionally is the worst trick you can play on yourself. Even though you have cut down substantially, you are reintroducing poison into your bloodstream every time you light up. Give Allen Carr’s book a read and you’ll realize you don’t have any reason to have the random cig any longer:
