it IS! Very easily done, jus keep a rhythm up and don’t lose it!
You can easily lose 10 pounds in two weeks even, so losing 10pounds a month for three months is something you can achieve. :) Good luck!
any idea’s what i should do? like a workout and eating choices.
Well, i’m no expert in health or workout regime’s; but what has worked for me (generalized anyways)...
1) go for a run when you first wake up. your body is at the lowest point in calories at this time when you don’t have food in you yet. so it has nothing to eat at when you burn. take a stretch and enjoy your jog. :)
2) don’t come home and start chomping away at everything you see :p. eat lightly, but don’t starve yourself. eating lots of vegetables is a good thing. they are high in fiber, and that makes you less hungry throughout the day b/c it takes longer to digest. Greens are your friend. But you are not limited to them.

3. Drink LOTS AND LOTS OF WATER. Lots. seriously. :)
4. Stay away from oily foods. Nothing wrong with the occasional burger, but balance your day out.
a lot of the time, its jus common sense when it comes to food.
You don’t have to change your lifestyle jus cause you want to shed a few, simple changed should be more than enough.
But as i said before, i’m no expert. Take a look around, (google is your friend!), and see what has worked for others and not. But keep what i said in mind, cause they WILL help. it has for me. :)
common sense, is only secondary to willpower.
