measured on the accurate scales in the gym.
kayy i really need to lose weight now so im gonna try eating one day then just eat nothing the next…
see if that makes my weight go down.
also i myt sorta do the atkins.. cut out all carbs.

bad idea

you can’t not eat for an entire day! eat salads, chicken, fish, fruits, veggies, and healthy snacks. but also don’t be afraid of carbs – the atkins diet is a joke, some carbs are good for you, they provide you’re body with energy. you just simply need to cut back on some carbs in order to get healthier!

if you keep skipping days your body will work against your weight loss rather than for it – not to mention it’s just really unhealthy!
