become a teacher

I'm starting  — 2 months ago

I’ve realized how badly the corporate world sucks, so now I’m going back to kids (I used to be a counselor in an after-school program).

Although, I’m planning to get certified to teach high school…I already have my bachelor’s in English, so it seems like a good fit.

I hope I like it. I hope I can afford it.
I’m researching programs now, and planning to take my Basic Skills Test in June.

That is great to hear

The kids need you more than the corporate demons, I mean people, need you. I have my BA in English too :). I don’t think I really want to use it particularly much (I’m getting another degree in design) but it’s nice to know I have it.
