...not giving in to cravings for chocolate, etc. No coffee or coke. Not stopping at a petrol station and buying pasties, crisps, chocolates, drinks, buns and then eating them in the car when I’m actually full because I’ve just had breakfast.

I’ve managed it for 4 weeks, just have to keep going – really want this to be a new way of living (eating).

Your on the right path, and think of all the money you are saving by not spending it on junk food, if you figure 5 pounds a day that adds up after awhile. Hey you can get a massage wtih the extra money you saving to get rid of the tension in your shoulders.
