lose weight (read all 108 entries…)

so i wasn’t too thrilled (to say the least) with myself this morning after last night’s little escapade, so i promised myself i’d just exercise a lot today to make up for it—so hopefully my weight tomorrow morning will be a lot lower than this number :/

Thursday 5/8- 127.2
B- toast with natural peanut butter (110+200=300 cals)
starbucks venti iced green tea unsweetened (0 cals)
L/D 3/4 Santanas bean rice and cheese burrito
half a half order of chips with guacamole and cheese
medium diet coke
Snack at work- ewww, i forgot—iate two spoonfuls of peanut butter—comfort eating cuz i couldn’t see my honey :/ lol
Water- 2 glasses at work, 2 bottles
Exercise- gym- 2 hours bicycle (and got lots of reading done!), 20 min jogging around neighborhood, 10 min abs/stretching, 30 pushups
Cigarettes- ONE and it was WORTH IT :) (it was a CELEBRATORY ciggie, i’m not pregant yet, yayyyy!! lol cuz i’m soooo so not ready yet)


Friday 5/9- 127.6!! wtf :(

don’t know why the scale said this, according to my usual stuff i should be at least down a tiny bit :( but then again maybe not cuz i went kinda crazy yesterday w/ the peanut butter….lol :) definitely not from gaining muscle, cuz i’m just doing cardio at the gym. maybe it’s water weight too..i NEVER used to drink water, but for this week i’ve been consciously making myself drink it all day…donno, but i’m very motivated to get that numbert down at all costs!!

organic chocolate milk (180 cals)
L- mcdonalds asian salad (no chicken, it was GROSS lol) (150 cals)
medium diet coke
D- not yet
Water- 1 glass at work
Exercise- not yet
Cigarettes- 2…but it’s just cuz i was so damn happy!! i’m a happiness smoker….and i got to see my honey :)
