saying. Overwhelming responsibilities
or projects that seem indigestible—
the very kind we often dangerously
procrastinate on—become
easier to deal with when we nibble
away at them one bite at a time.
i think we can begin a task
you’re procrastinating on is to promise yourself a reward
at its conclusion. Another way is to acknowledge the negative consequences
of procrastination. When tempted to procrastinate, ask yourself,
am I willing to suffer the consequences of . . .
