ok so here we go — 2 months ago
I committed myself to getting to the gym twice this week (Wed to Wed)and I achieved it. I am committing to the same thing this week as well, hopefully I can do more. It’s 12:45am right now but when I get done I am going to get up on walk to the gym and get on the treadmill rather I like it or not! LOL I have been on a weight loss program for 8 weeks and I am down 34.6lbs with only going to the gym those 2 days last week so I figure if I get my hind end in gear I can really burn off these extra pounds. I have been putting it off cause I hate working out alone and have been waiting for all the people who keep saying they will do it but always come up with some reason not to. I finally realized I had to get over it and quit using that excuse. I went and bought myself an MP3 player and uploaded about 1GB of music to it. I will do it even if other people don’t do it with me. Who knows maybe it will inspire them to start working out if I get going on my own. FEEL THE BURN BABY!! Besides I can do some water aerobics too cause I bought myself a cute new bathing suit when I hit 25lbs. Might as well get some use out of it before it doesn’t fit anymore at the rate I am going. : )
