one week down…relatively easy so not much to report…i just need to make it another week!
im revising for uni exams atm which is obviously boring and i do definately use food as a distraction. however i know that however tempting it may be to bingem, its not going to help in the long run. when i get the urge to eat im trying to make a cup of tea and grab some cherry tomatoes/mushrooms/carrots instead. its working so far, im feeling better in myself :)
