I think because it’s spring and warmer, I have been motivated to have my family eat healthier. I’ve been making some awesome salads for dinner. I just found a little cookbook titled “Salads”. I’m making a meal plan for next week with several salads on the menu.
The kids enjoy salads, so why not salads? I really ever thought of salads for the main course. Simply and healthy.
