it’s getting better :)now I’m a kind of guard telling myself: “hey you, it’s not the thing that can make you scared!” or “hey, look at the universe and then contrast it with your fear. isn’t this fear ridiculous? funny?” yes, it may be funny to see how our society makes us scared without any true reason.

Oh, if I had cheers left...
This is at the top of my list! What a wonderful, difficult thing you are doing!
what you really want...
what if instead of “living without fear” you flipped and said something like “living with love.”
what does living without fear mean that you will be living with?
I want precisely this what is specified in the title: “live without fear”. I mean I noticed that fear is present in my life too often so I want to stop this. Living with love is another thing, and for me, it doesn’t replace my goal good enough ;)
sure...
i am reminded of mother teresa when i read similar thoughts. when asked if she would join a march against war she said no and then added if you march for peace i will join you.
for me it is a very powerful distinction. so i thought i would ask what it means for you to not have fear. for me that is love.
if fear is present to often what would be different if the fear wasn’t present?

I don't know if it is possible to live without fear...
But it is certainly possible to live without fear STOPPING you. To observe it(fear), and by observing, realize that there is always a part of you that stands beyond it…
I write this as someone who, through a lot of ups and downs, still remains in some fundamental way FairlyFearless!
One way ort another, fear is one of the big big big ones we get to work with in this life, as I don’t have to tell you.
