I have struggled against my weight problem and today i just could not help myself. I went to the store after school and bought 3 candy bars and a large slurppy. I just lost it please help me.

Hi there. School was really stressful, I take it. It’s really hard to handle all the pain and fear and anxiety that goes along with school. I remember eating enormous after school snacks from both boredom and anxiety. Maybe you were really hungry, and needed a healthy meal with protein and nutrients besides high-fructose corn syrup. Or maybe you had a bad day and wanted to forget about the particulars. Either way, losing weight is not all about self-control. The first step for me was actually research into nutrition and exercise, figuring out the right system for me. For example, reading about HFCS, and figuring out the best diet for you. take note of emotions, places, people or activities that make you feel like candy. dont avoid these things, but when they happen consciously refuse to buy candy. it will be hard at first but once youve done it, you wont want candy any more :)
