I read a book called “Random Acts Of Kindness” by Danny Wallace, and it was about doing just that.

So I posted (by hand in a city) a complete stranger a nice compilation CD and someone else a lovely smiley frog card with an uplifting message.

It is a bit nerve racking for some reason, but focus on the positives of the task and it is easier. i.e. You can make them feel better and yourself! Surely a double whammy! :o)
