mikengyo ... motorcycle?
I’ve been running 3-4 miles every day for about three weeks and am pretty comfortable going 4 miles without stopping. I feel like increasing my mileage a little bit. I’ve run around 13 miles about two or three times in the past but I just don’t feel like I’m capable of that right now.
Does anyone have any recommendations on how much I should go up by or what a good way to ease in an increase of mileage is?
