28 lbs to go ....week 2 update 19 months ago

hi every1 this week I lost a further 4 lbs…. but I really wanted to lose a lil more maybe 5 or 6 lbs

I have a max of 800cal a day and each wednesday I usually do a detox where I dont eat I just drink water and fruit juice

also I go for regular evening runs for aroud 25 mins with a 5-15 min walk for a cool down but I want to lose around 5-6 lbs a week to reach the goal of 28 lbs by the 31/05/08 which is now 20 days away please help if you can
