lose weight (read all 5 entries…)
the pounds are just dropping off me :) 14 months ago

For the last 6 weeks i havent been watching what i’ve been eatting at all!! i have just been out at the park more, which means, more walking, more football, more messing around, which always means….calorie burning :) I have so far lost 10 pounds just for going out more, I have been eatting loads of rubbishy foods (not as many i admit) but i havent exactly been eatting a balanced diet as such. So at an adverage ive been losing a pound n half every week. Not bad!! :D

So yesterday I decided that if just walking is makin me lose 1.5 pounds a week then if I eat right too it will just drop off me. So I have been watching wat im eattin the last 2 days n i feel alot better knwing im gettin something good inside me aswell as losing weight having fun.

My new routine: (sorry knw this is a long one)

Weekends : i go out (if not go for run)
Monday: exercise dvd
Tuesday: go out
Wednesday: dvd
Thursday: go out
Friday: dvd

I want to have a range of different cardio exercises not just walking, building up a sweat makes me feel good and I knw that one day soon walkin just wont be enough and i will reach a standstill!

Good luck me :) this time sayin i’ll lose weight WILL pay off!!
