...but have slowed down a lot lately. Other than a trip to the store, or to run errands, I haven’t been out much. I have people in my life who do their best to get me out and about regularly, and I have been following their lead up until now.

Starting to fall into a rut, and now looking for ways to pull myself out and move along.
