been trying to lose weight im 183 need to lose 58 pounds to be my goal weight of 125…i just had a baby 3 months ago i lost all my pregnancy weight in 2 weeks..which was 39 lbs. now im stuck and ive been doing hip hop abs, carmen electras strip tease workout,billy blanks bootcamp and watching what i eat and the scale will not budge and im pissed….i dont know what to do? someone please help me!!!!

please dont be fed up…losing weight is easy, if you only follow a plan…
my suggestion ?...drink lots of water daily…preferably, fresh lime juice squeezed into room temperature water…that’s it !...you will hydrate yourself, flush your system, lose weight, and feel excellent !
Try it for a week and tell me how it went…minimum 8 glasses a day…btw, you are the 1st person I am cheering, since I opened my account here 10 minutes ago…

workout videos arent that great.. to lose fat you have to do some kind of cardio, maybe walking? take your baby out for some sunshine :)
ive been doing that as much as i can but the weather keeps going from sunny and warm to cold and rainy….but i definitely will be out when it gets warm again

a stationary bike.
I got a recumbent bike for $150 off of ebay.
I have a lot of energy and sometimes I feel antsy when I come home, no matter how tired I am.
I’ll ride the bike for 20-30 min while I watch tv.

I just read how much you want to weigh. Can I ask how tall you are?
I am quite thin at 125 and I’m 5’6”.
I have a lot of muscle. I look better in the 130-140 range.
