has it really been 5 weeks? this is off to a long, slow start. but i have stopped gaining weight! and i am making better food choices more often. and i haven’t smoked for the last two weeks [except for one]!
last week was busy, i only did sit-ups & push-ups twice. no yoga. a lot of eating. i have been walking more though, instead of taking the subway.
to do:- walk more, do sit-ups & pushups, do yoga twice
- eat healthy snacks at work (and only when hungry! daydream when bored instead of eating!)
- schedule exercise into calendar for the next month (starting next week)
- make an appt for the dentist & the doctor
weight: 139.8, 25% body fat
avg steps: 9,500 (new record!)
