Again!?! 13 months ago

Ok,today is Day 1! I have been on a medication for the past couple months that causes extreme bloating and water weight. Also stomach cramps. I am off the medication and the pain has subsided (it made running very uncomfortable). I offically bought new running shoes, sports bras, shorts, and am ready to go!!! I went grocery shopping yesterday and spent over $200 on healthy food (the cost of fruit and veggies is outragous now). I need to tone up by mid-July when I go to Las Vegas for my sisters birthday!

Breakfast – 1 cup Fiber One cereal with non-fat milk and a green tea
Lunch – Salad with Olive Oil and Red Wine Vinigar
Dinner – Chicken (the size of a deck of cards), 1/2 baked potato with salasa, and peas and carrots.

Gym – 10 minute run, 5 minutes of rotating stair climber, 15 minutes of epliptical, and 30 mimutes weight training (shoulders and abs… maybe some arms too)

If I write it down I have to do it! Good Luck everyone!
