22: (11) 35-minute lower back routine. Aaaah!

23: (12) 20-minute shoulder routine

24: (13) about 5 minutes

25: (14) about 5 minutes

26: (15) about 5 minutes

27: (16) 5-minute pre-walk stretching

28: (17) 15 minutes of stretching in the hot tub and 10 minutes of restorative poses and yogic breathing in the steam room

29: (18) about 5 minutes

30: (19) about 2 minutes, but I’m counting it because it was in the yard between yard work and I want to encourage myself to do that more
