Finished knitting the cardigan!! For ages I’ve been looking at the thing thinking it must be at least seven sizes too big for me, but I tried it on and it fits and everything!
But wait, not so fast! You didn’t think it was going to be that easy, did you?
Having sewn it all together, I started to crochet the contrasting colour trim only to get half way round and BREAK the crochet hook. How exactly does one break a crochet hook? They’re made of metal for heavens’ sake! I don’t have another in the house and it’ll be at least three weeks before I have time to go and get another.
Jesus Christ on a stick, what do I have to do to get the thing done? Sacrifice a pineapple-clad goat on the alter of Thor at full-moon while waving a big cardigan shaped pine tree branch? ARGHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH.
