So here’s today’s plan…
B: cereal, soy milk, yogurt, toast slice
S: Fruit leather
L: Brown rice, vegetables, vegetable dumplings
S: Luna bar
D: Udon soup and more vegetables
S: Toast

I will keep on doing good today. I hope. I’m really going to try not to binge.

Protein!

Girl, where is the protein in your plan? I suspect from your food choices that you are vegetarian, but you need to find alternatives to meat, chicken and fish. Tofu? Eggs?Nuts? Cheese? Without protein you are going to feel hungry and weak, and then you are going to cheat and binge.

The protein is in the cereal, luna bar, and tofu in the rice and veggie meal i bought. and i take vitamins. i think im good on protein =]

Well, it’s hard to tell without knowing the kind of cereal and the amounts of the other things you are eating. But if I were you I would check it out by entering the meals onto some site like www.sparkpeople.com that will let you figure out the nutritional content of your food. I know a 140 lb woman needs around 80 grams—it seems to me you might be falling a bit short. Here is an article that tells you how to calculate your protein needs:
