callanetics:

after i get to 10 i’m going to make my new goal 20 hours. hope i can start this week! and all i can say is i’m hooked. i’ll take some pics this week so i can see my progress. my body feels so much better though, i love callanetics!

what is callanetics? that’s probably a stupid question..

totally not a stupid question! i just learned about it late february…hadn’t really committed to doing it until mid-April (knew i had to start exercising again). anyway, this is a link that kind of explains it better (from the first person on the forum):

it’s kind of a series of stretches that’s supposed to make a difference after 10 hours of doing it (10 workouts) and firm you up. in the workout callan pinckney (the instructor) shows pictures of her students after 19 hours and the difference is amazing and motivating. i want to see if i can have similar results. i’ll keep ya posted on here! ;)
