I haven’t been on 43things for a while because I’ve been working quite hard on my goals! I’ve gone to the gym 5 times so far for 1-1.5 hour workouts. I stretch first, I run for a bit, and than I begin on the equipment. Once I’m done one full round, I either go on the medicine ball or the treadmill. Than I do another round, stretch and I go home. I feel so much better already. Physically and mentally. My self esteem is definitely going up. I feel great.=]
