I’m down -8 from a baseline of 265, which doesn’t seem like a whole lot, given how long I’ve been looking at this goal, but it’s better than going back up.
Given that I haven’t been making a concentrated effort beyond keeping a food diary and drinking more water, I think it’s pretty amazing.
Mini goals:
1)Cut soda down to once every other day instead of once a day.
2)Start walking around the lake as many days as possible
3)Read more. (I snack when I’m on the computer, but not when I’m reading.)
4)Eat my rice cakes and PB instead of chips when I get hungry at 930AM
