chocolate milk (210 cals)
starbucks venti iced green tea unsweetened (0 cals)
starbucks tall iced coffee unsweetened + lil nonfat milk for calcium (30 cals?)
S- kellogs all-bran fiber bar (130 cals)
L/D 3/4 bean rice and cheese burrito
1/2 a 1/2 order of chips w/ guacamole and cheese
Total Cals- 1600-1700ish?
Water- 2 glasses, 3 water bottles
Multivitamin- check
Exercise- 50 min walk w/ sis on lunchbreak, 50 min walk after work, gym- 30 min elliptical, 10 min bike, 10 min stretching/abs/arms
Cigarettes- 4

so i’m assuming since your listing the number of cigarrettes – you’re trying to quit, right? i feel for you – i quit about 10 years ago and i was smoking about 2 and a half packs a day. i feel better but there are days even now that i miss it. good luck!!
