Blue Jean Ballerina [TD / TM] is excited about change!
they aren’t all gym workouts or runs, but they are still exercise which counts, right? right!
- workout 1: went for a 3 hour mountain bike ride
- workout 2: went for a 3 hour hike
- workout 3: went to the gym, ran 3km (i timed myself at 18minutes which is very slow, but i got too excited and started too fast then got a cramp around the 2km point, i’ll try a better-paced run today), did upper body weights, i’m at 3 sets of 20 with 12 lbs for the biceps, and i’m only moderately sore today, so i will be able to increase the weight to 15 lbs fairly soon, which is where i really want to be.
