Okay, so I’m 168. On the tread 30 minutes- 10 hills, 15 running 5 cooldown, wave machine 2-3x weekly for 20 minutes, still taking Alli, controlling portions, resisting sweets, still eating fried foods, but sparingly.
As I get closer to 160, I get more excited and determined that I can actually do this. It’s within grasp and I will not let it go!
