Me and My boyfriend made a offer on a house a couple of days ago. Its a bank repo so they aren’t asking much. Its a great starter home, and i will be so much fun fixing it up and spending time with my man lol. Its a 2 bedroom ( could make the den into another bedroom) , 1 bath, 2 story, basement, garage, shed, 1 acre, part of yard is fenced in. They were asking 34,500 we offered 28,000 cash, so I hope we get it, we will go higher or in full if we have to.
